Storage and Usage of DOWELL3D ASA Filament
▶When replacing filaments, be sure to hold the tiptightly and do not slip from
your hands to prevent the filaments from knot and wrap the thread!
▶We recommend that you place it in a dry environment (relative humidity
less than 20%) during normal storage or use. Please keep it sealed whennot
in use; please use the opened filaments as soonas possible. If the filament
has become damp, it is recommended to dry it in an oven to eliminate the
moisture absorbed into the filament before use.
▶ASA materials require a higher ambient temperature during the printing process
to help release the residual stress during the part molding process. Please keep the
printer closed during the printing process to effectively avoid printing parts warping
and cracking.
▶ASA release pungent-smelling gas during the printing process. Be sure to seal the
printer case and ensure adequate ventilation.
