1: Raw material incoming inspection

Dowell 3D insists on using imported raw materials, and refuses to use recovered materials.

2: Production management

Use advanced production equipment, strictly control the quality, and produce in strict accordance with the standards.

3: Quality test 

Each feeding product is regarded as a production batch, and the color, appearance and filament diameter of each batch of products are inspected.

4: Print test

Each batch of products must be printed and tested, and the packaging can only be started after the stable performance is confirmed.

5: Packaging

Each roll is vacuum packed with a dryer to ensure no moisture.
